Mid-day Qigong in Civic Center Park

Noon to 12:30 pm Thursdays, ongoing through the summer
Free starting June 2, 2016

Joan D’Argo and Nancy Belton, aka the Laughing Qi Gong Sisters, will be back with the return of warmer weather in the Civic Center park, sharing Qi Gong under the beautiful trees that grow there.

As you enter Civic Center Dr. from 8th St. and go into the park, turn right towards the basketball courts. We will be on the left by the parking lot.

Come learn/practice Qi Gong, to give yourself a mid-day vitality break. Qi Gong is slow gentle movement, that combines with our breath and awareness, which increases the flow of our internal energy, Qi, to cultivate our natural vitality. These movements are easy enough for anyone to do without any special clothing or equipment and will allow you to be able to return to your place of work feeling energized without the sweat.

We will not be there if it is raining. Call if you have any questions: Nance: 805-291-0411
